I do not know why you want proof ? You either feel God's existence or not, in which you either disbelieve in Him or are an agnostic! Anyway science can only prove things in the physical world and matter; God is inessential and unlike anything else! It is just expecting an ant to discuss mathematics with Albert Einstein; how could that ever be possible ?

First off: you need to study world religion, sociology, and universalist theology. Then you would know that the Divine conforms to our expectations. Something that constantly changes to meet our mercurial whims could never be scientifically prooven. Science wants the results to always be the same, right? No, science cannot prove or dismiss the existance of something it lacks the tools and methods to detect. Boo-yah!

Science can not prove/dismiss anything, for it is all a matter of opinion. I'm sure there's someone out there who believes the Earth is flat and is the center of the universe. People will believe only what they want to believe, and the minds sees only what it wants to see. Religion and science are opposites, for religion relies on the basis of FAITH and science on the basis of EVIDENCE. Science can not change the mind of anyone, and neither can religion.

Symbolic Logic:
1. either the universe exists or does not exist (universe must exists because we are here).
2. either the universe started or existed for ever (could not have existed forever because of the 2nd law of thermal dynamics, energy would have run out if always existed).
3. either the universe started itself or did not
(nothing can start itself, Newton's Law all things constant without an outside force).
Conclusion: thus God must have created the universe.

That which can be asserted without proof can also be dismissed without proof.

Science can't and nor does it need to. It reveals facts based on available evidence, nothing more.
