I only noticed it a couple of weeks before Christmas and can't quite decide if it's betting bigger or not.

If in any doubt check it out with your Doctor

Sometimes we can feel / notice,
the bony end of the xiphoid process
( the lowest end of your sternum , breastbone)
feels like a hard lump . this is normal .

It could be a hernia. Stop poking it and go to the doctor.

get to the drs dont leave it thats the only way your gonna know what it is pls get to drs just in case its serious and something can be done about it hun

possibly not but i think EVERY lump, no matter where or how big sholud be checked out asap.

place your finger on it can you feel a pulse if you can see a doc (probably best course of action anyway) could be an anurism
