ive been with my bf a year but i alwasy end up accusing him of cheating on me!! its ruining our relationship and i dont want to lose him but i cant help not trusting him!! how can i trust him more???

think about why it is that you don't trust him. there must be some reason. then, if it's just that you are a paranoid person, try to let things go unless you have serious proof. otherwise, if there's a serious reason (i.e. he cheated on you before?) then you seriously need to consider if it's best just to let him go. a good relationship MUST have trust... if you can never have it, then it's not a good relationship, regardless of your feelings for him.
