Extra Virgin is the very first cold pressing of oil. It is followed by a second cold pressure pressing that is called Virgin oil. After that they steam heat the pulp and then press to squeeze out the remaining grades of oil.

price for one. the first pressing is the most expensive because you get best oil out of it. the second and third is when you loose the word virgin and price goes down. I love them all and unless you intend to use it for dipping bread into it's hard to tell the difference unless you really know your oils. hope this helps you
