I want to make fruit tarts at home . im in india so ... lots of things mentiones at recipezaar not availabl?
here ... can someonne pls help.?
Also strawberry cake's recipe :)

Can't help with fruit tart sorry but instead of a straw berry cake why not a CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CAKE!

Ingredients: 250 gm flour
350 gm castor sugar
375 ml yoghurt
75 gm cocoa powder
100 gm butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
sugar syrup mixed with rum


Filling
75 gm hung yoghurt
oil and grease an 8? baking
50 gm butter
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
100 gm icing sugar
grated rind 1 orange
beat together butter and hung curd
350gm sliced strawberries



Method: To prepare cake, beat butter with sugar, flour, baking soda and cocoa powder Add beaten eggs, yoghurt and vanilla essence together. Add vanilla essence, icing sugar and orange rind. Beat the ingredients together well.

Turn into a greased and lined 8? tin. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Cool slightly before turning out. Slice in half horizontally. Moisten cake halves with sugar.

Spread the mixture over the lower half of the cake. Top with the strawberries. Cover with the top half of the cake and press down.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and Garnish with whole strawberries syrup.

Beat all filling ingredients together. Spread over cake half. Top with strawberries and cover with the top half of the cake. Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Strawberry Dump Cake

If you enjoy rich desserts, you will love this no mix, easy to assemble cake.
Full of flavor and perfect with a big dollup of
vanillla ice cream, serve this treat hot or cooled.

15 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
15 oz can strawberry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks of margarine (1 cup)
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Empty the can of pineapple, including juice, into a well greased 13x9x2 pan.
Pour the strawberry pie filling over the pineapple, spread evenly.
Dump the dry cake mix over the top of the pie filling. Gently spread to cover.

Slice margarine into pats and layer on top of cake mix in pan. Cover with layer
of nuts.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until brown. Cool cake completely in
the pan. Scoop out a serving and serve with vanilla ice cream, or allow to
completely cool before indulging.


Mini Fruit Tarts
* wonton wrappers
* cooking oil
* apple jam
* fruits slices
* vanilla yogurt, fat free
* choc chips, as needed
- Heat the oven at 350 C

- Brush bottom of muffin tin with a little oil, place wonton wrappers.

- Bake wonton wrappers for 5-7 minutes, cool down

- Heat apple jelly, brush bottom up cooled cooked wonton wrappers with it.

- Put a little of fruits, cover with a spoon of yogurt

- Garnish with choc chips and other slices of fruits


Hungarian Fruit Tart
* 1 big can of mixed fruit
* 250 gram icing sugar
* 250 gram flour
* 1/2-1 teaspoon of baking powder
* 1/2 package of dry cottage cheese
* 3-4 eggs
* 4 tablespoon of oil
* 4 dcl milk
* butter/margarine, spread all over the aluminium baking dish
- Mix the flour, icing sugar, and baking powder using spatula, set a side

- Beat eggs well with oil and milk, pour in half of the mixture of flour, baking powder and icing sugar, mix it.

- In a baking dish/aluminium baking dish, spread the flour mixture then spread the dry cottage cheese, top it with fruits, and at last top it with the beaten eggs that already mixed with half of flour mixture

- Bake it on 180 C for 30 minutes or until golden brown


Strawberry Shortcut Cake

1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups (two 10-oz packages) frozen sliced strawberries,
thawed
1 3-oz package strawberry Jello-O
1 tsp vanilla
2-1/4 cups flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cups shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3 eggs

Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan.

Thoroughly combine thawed strawberries with dry Jell-O.
Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Blend at low speed until moistened.
Then beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping sides often.

Pour batter evenly over marshmallows in pan.

Spoon strawberry mixture evenly over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm or cool.
