It can be. It doesn't have to be though. It's all in the mind. I mean, porn stars do that in movies and that's not romantic. If two people are together in the moment and sharing something with each other, then yeah, it's romantic. If it is just a job or for money, then no.

Romance has nothing to do with the eye contact when kissing someone. It is in the atmosphere that is created by the two and sometimes just with the imagination of one of the two it can be romantic. Go with the flow.

It is very romantic for some, but a lot of ppl close their eyes when they kiss. You will be able to tell if it's pleasurable....

It really depends on the depth of your relationship. It is a great way to really connect with your lover. It can also be highy erotic since you get to see the pleasure on your significant other's face - for me it is a huge turn on. Like I said, though, it really depends on your relationship. If its a one night stand, then probalby not. If its someone you have been with for a while, then yes, it probably will be.
