well lets just take a look at the parents for a minute...a yorkshire terrier is a toy terrier breed, yappy but with a terrier attitude, with an inflated ego-ALL small dogs have an inflated ego, i have lancashire heelers and they think they can take on the world!-and needs a large amount of grooming as they can can have hair varying from medium to very long and silky. a west highland white terrier is a small terrier breed, again with the big attitude and terrier temperament, again they need lots of grooming and hand stripping. so i think you can safely say that your puppy, with it being a crossbreed between two hairy terriers, will be a hairy terrier type that will need lots of grooming, training and socialising so it doesnt turn out to be snappy or aggressive.

What you have is a mixed breed so it will be virtually impossible for anyone to tell you what to expect. This puppy can take after one breed or the other or have a combination of traits.

Like any dog your puppy needs socialization & training.
