'Show' - you don't pronounce the last letter of most words in French, unless the next word begins with a vowel, in which case, to pronounce it properly, you stick the final letter on in front of the vowel (although obviously that's only when speaking, you don't do it in written French!)

"show" is a good approximation. You don't have the "au" sound in English, but "ow" as in "show" is pretty similar.
