that is an urban legend. You could have 200 tattoos and still get buried in a Jewish cemetery Orthodox or not.

While a tattoo is considered a sin according to Jewish law it has no bearing on where a Jew can be buried.

I don't think you are disqualified from being buried in a Jewish cemetery if you have a tatoo. It's just one prohibition among many. For example, Jews who eat non-kosher food can still be buried in a Jewish cemetery.

yes they can get buried in a jewish cemetery, just like ppl who have tattoos can convert to judaism despite their tattoo..... there is a law against getting a tattoo and yes some people break that law but there is also laws for shabbat ppl break and they dont ban you from jewish cemeteries just because you once broke shabbat.

Only in Orthodox Jewish cemeteries....and an exception is made for the tattoos made by Nazis during the Holocaust.

Your body is a temple and should be unmarked. There are exceptions. You have to be pretty religious for that though.
