Have i lost my way?

Hi Ya"ll,
I am a homemaker with one kid,i take good care of her and love her more than anything else in this world,but my problem is i had some dreams in my heart and i am not doing anything to fulfill those dreams,i feel guilty for not fulfilling my dreams.I have lost interest in doing anything.I sacrificed my career for my family, i dont feel bad abt that,but the only thing that keeps disturbing me is why am i not planning things and following it.I always keep thinking abt my mother-in-law who keeps on saying idiotic things abt me and teaches my kid that whatever toys she has got ,she got his from his dad and not from me.and she keeps on bringing expensive toys for my kid and i think my kid is turning against me.
last night when i asked my kid whom do u love ur granny or me ?she said she loves her granny ,i know she is small doesn't understand somethings but i cried a lot last night,i cudn't sleep well.I really get frustrated and feel that i m good for nothing.

That means nothing. The girl loves you both, and she is too little to truly understand. She's just probably reffering to who gives her more cookies or who buys her more toys. Relax, and you shouldn't even be asking your children that, let alone taking it personally. Puts both of you in a thorny situation, yes?

If you have dreams, persue them. Bit by bit. Don't die in the future regretting all the things that you haven't done. Do what you wish, and find ways around it while having a child. Where there's a will, there's a way.

dont feel depressed children r children they dont know who they really like ur mother-in-law gets expensive toys so he thinks that he likes her but mother will b always a mother. dont feel bad he will know everything n understand everything when he grows up. this is not the whole life ok children like the people who gets wht they want. but thats not reality he may b a kid now but he will grow n will know wht is wht so cheer up this is not the end ok. all the best if u want to have a career then its no prob u can do it now may b ur mother in law is feeling insecure n trying to turn ur kid against u so. if u have plans do them if not u will regret that u have not done wht u want. u r everything u r a wife, a daughter, a daughter in law n a mother so dont feel u r not anything ok

MY SUGGESTIONS TO YOU, ARE THAT YOU LOVE HER, AND, SHOW HER EVERY CHANCE YOU GET. SOMETIMES A BOX OF CRAYONS AND A SPECIAL COLORING BOOK FOR HER AND MOM CAN BE FAR MORE FUN THAN AN EXPENSIVE TOY SHE PLAYS WITH ALONE. I HAD TWO. DON'T FORGET YOUR DREAMS. YOU WILL HAVE TIME. IT MIGHT JUST BE A CASE OF YOUR DREAM, BEING, JUST NOT WHAT YOUR MAKER WANTS FOR YOU. THAT PLAN WILL BE THE BEST BY FAR. CONCENTRATE ON BEING THE BEST MOM EVER, IGNORE MOTHER, AND SMILE. do what u dream. and dont ask a liitle kid about who love thats is not good for ur feelings and also not clear for small kid why u ask such a question what she not yet understand. of course she would take her granny coz she is more closer to her and granny try to get u out of her mind what u do is keep on loving her and try ur best way to have her attention too

Alot of women feel as you do. First of all your daughter loves you. Stop asking her questions like that..you know better. Plus, it's not fair to either one of you. Also, remember you are important too. I know you love your daughter, but it's important to remember you have other needs besides being a parent.
