You can use any number of methods, my favorite is using a vacuum (sp) sealed bag with a slice of bread added in to collect the extra moisture. The bread will go stale before the cookies. Not certain why exactly but it sure makes a difference!

if after bakeing them and cooling put them directly into a zip-lock bag and pickup a free box at the post office

Use a machine that sucks the air out of the package before sealing it. I think they call it 'seal a meal' or 'food saver'.

dry ice! i used to work in a cafe,and thats how they sent the cookies to us,and they always tasted very fresh.i'm not sure where u get it,tho.

I wrap them in foil then put the foil in Zip Loc bags.
