contact henkel chemicals (the makers of no more nails) and see if they can suggest a better way than just hammering the item off the wall or apart.
the contact detaisl should be on the container.
No more nails is branded Unibond, however henkel chemicals is the company behind the brand.
try emailing:
technical.services
@henkel.co.uk
the website is http://www.makingdiyeasier.co.uk
postal address (office)
Henkel Consumer Adhesives
Winsford
Cheshire
CW7 3QY
contact details above are from the back of a tube of no more nails interior
I hope that helps.

As it's a solvent based adhesive, try pouring acetone down the back, if you can get to it. The acetone will, at the very least, soften it enough for you to (gently) prise the wood away from the wall. Acetone is the chemical used in nail polish remover.

Acetone is the answer BUT be careful acetone is lethal stuff it will melt the liquid nail and may damage the back of whatever you are trying to take down and it will possibly do damage to the floor depending on what it's made of. If it drips. And who knows what kind of material the wall is made of it may mess that up too. You sure you want to take this thing down???
Call extreme makeover home edition and have them knock down the whole damn house.
Good Luck

can you steam it of ? is there a way you could boil a kettle or something near it to dampen the product, it could weaken it, only a suggestion as I have never used it.
