I saw this lady and her daugher the other day. She looked about 4 years old, and was in a dress. They were walking, and i saw the mom lift her daughter up onto her shoulders. the dress was up and you could see the girl's underwear because her legs were around the mother's neck. Is it improper to carry a young girl on your shoulders when she's in a dress?

i don't think so but eveyone has different opions. if she was four i don't think so. now if you saw the moms underwear that could be alittle improper

everyone might have a different opinion on this , but yes I do feel it is. If she was out in public, and doing this, then any sicko (or not) could see that... and these days, that's kinda scary. If I had a daughter, I'd make sure she had pants on before I lifted her up like that- another thing my Mom used to make me do is wear shorts under dresses. It was also a school rule back then too. Anyways, the Mom was trying to have some fun, that's ok, but she should have had pants on her.

It's only improper to the people looking. She's for years old. Why does the innocence of childhood have to be ruined like this? It's only underwear and mothers should no thave to worry about perverts out there looking her daughter's underpants. So there was a slip up.. she's a kid.. let kids be kids without being so damn creepy about it.

No, not at age 4. My daughter is 3 and she wears dresses all the time, sometimes her bluejeans slip in the back and she "cracks a smile".. it happens and is really no big deal at that age...

i would say yes....think now a days...all the perverted child rapers and guys getting off looking at stuff like that its sick...back the the 80's yeah its fine now a days...even if its ok in the public eyes to do that with a little girl jus think if u walk past a guy who is a freak...so i would say no dont do it for her sake and safety...

No, she's just a little girl. The only person to be worring about that is thinking the wrong thing. Little kids are just that.
