I have really bumpy skin on my chest, they kind of look like little blackheads but they're not black, some have tips that are slightly darker than my skin colour and the rest are the same colour as my skin. They're not super noticeable but you can really feel them. Any idea what they are and how to get rid of them? Exfoliators work to a certain extent but not brilliantly.

It is probably just a minor skin condition of some kind. If I were you then I would go to the doctor with this as there might be a really simple treatment that would get rid of them.

You really need to scrub with a loopha daily. I expect you just have a shower without really scrubbing your skin, it'll take a couple of weeks or so to get it smooth
