Will muslims constantly try to force their religion on us, do we have to fight and beat them to prove islam is useless? Won't islam be very unpopular if it pits itself against the whole civilized and developed world? What do they offer us, a relapse into the dark ages?

Actually, that was one of the main purposes of the Christian Crusaders from the 12th century on. They won only the first Crusade and lost the others. Muslims and Jews lived together, peacefully, before that. When the Muslims conquered Spain, Christians and Jews experienced the most peaceful period in their histories. When the Christians took over, there was the Inquisition, and followers of other religions were tortured and destroyed.
After Charles Martel defeated the Muslims at the Battle of Tours(700's), the expansion of Islam into Europe stopped. What is considered "civilized," was preserved or invented by the Muslims. The giving of this knowledge to Europe, took it out of the Dark Ages. If anything, it is the West that is attempting to force its religious & political ideas on the Muslim woprld. Historically speaking, Christianity has been far more warlike than has Islam.

Your are creating your own monster and then worrying about how to fight it. Islam has never been a threat to anyone (if you really care to know what islam is all about). A basic rule in islam is that there is "no compulsion in religion". I assure you there will never be a day when muslim will fight you to make you change your religion, but there will definitely be days when muslims will fight to stop the invasions and injustices done by non-muslims under the name of false democracy and anti-terrorism. Muslims are now not in best shape, but in years to come, you can expect a great change.

I would love to know where you get your information from because you have a really distorted view of what Islam really is. Muslims do not force their religion on anyone. I am married to a Muslim man and I have not accepted any religion completely. I am studying Islam and find it to be the most like my own personal beliefs, but I have not converted, and I am under no pressure do to so. You can relax, ok? No one will FORCE you to do anything. Islam can never be reformed, its dogma does not allow for that to happen. Islams goal is to establish its law to lands and subjugate disbelievers to dhimmi status so that they pay the Jizya (tax). Any criticism of islamic law or prevention of legislations warrants Jihad. This is how it always has been since it was founded 1400 years ago. Islam is like a parasite, it expands then conquers, just look at lebanon, mylasia, indonesia, sudan, etc....

I have never tried to push Islam onto anyone. Neither have I purposefully insulted another person's religious choices. I only teach the words of the Qur'an so that others may have a better understanding of it. People fear what they do not understand and often hate what they fear. A little understanding can go a long way.

Take it easy man!!! Who ever tried to force islam on you??? We muslims know that it's ur choice to choose ur religion. I don't care, be whatever you want, it's not like you being a muslim will make me better (no offense).or will give me something more.

I think they are already in such kind of fight against non-muslims by supporting terrorism and showing defiance to national and international societies.
We have to take this situation into consideration and look for solution. No one wants to live along with these people, who justify their belief at the expense of peace.

I hope they never consolidate to do this country harm.I wouldn't wan the christans or the Jews to do the same.i don't think that they will consolidate Look at Iraq now.It is typical of Moslem division [Shias and Sunni] for about 1400 years...Moslems are noted throughout their time for art, architecture and Literature..

the most present threat to our freedoms comes from our own grossly over-powerful govt .. islam isnt coming over here to invade us .. at least not in this lifetime they dont have the capability ... and about 35million rednecks with guns would cut them down pretty quick if they tried ...its just not an issue and the whole war on terror thing is a joke and a way for our govt to smokescreen and sell their expansionist plans to the public ...
