when i get embarrased my cheeks turn red and my face gets really hot why does it do that and wat can i do 2 make it stop???????

Becasue when you feel ebaressed you feel kinda if shy and you know so nervous.
That you dont want all eyes on you when you do something.
So the intensin grows morw and thats why your face turn red.
sometimes it doesnt need to take a person staring at you nervous.
Is just the tought that your embaressed.
