not only open the gate, but hold it open for him. I feel more inclined to visit the southern region if he passes through my gate with my satisfaction. That makes him more inclined to do a better job mowing the grass in my yard.

Open the gates, lean back and definitely enjoy. It doesn't seem to happen often enough as it is, why would I be fighting it? (unless they're really bad at it, of course)
