Picasa2 works and is from Google. I've also used Paint Shop Pro which works really good for me. The blur can also depend on the camera and the shutter spead.

I use the picasa 2 as well. I also use a program called roxioPhotosuite 8 (it was 29.99 for the download version) It has a lot of diffrent featurse in it.

Picasa would work ....I use a program not available anymore but one of the best I have ever used for editing photos..Micrografx Picture Publisher 8...if you can find the program, get it!

I like Serif products... you can find a link to their FREE software on my website. You have to register it but it is still free and free to register.. I am currently using version 10 and they are giving away version 5 or 6..

Don't know whether you can still get it, but I used to find a program called Xatio enabled you to process photos very well and very easily.
