sponsor help?

i need a website that lists in detail what is required and what you have to do in order to sponsor a foreigner....

i know it is called immigration u ***. anyway this guy just got married adn his wife doesnst make enough money to sponsor him,,, she asked a few people to sponsor him but they want to physically look at what they have to do, and what they are responsible for...

first of all i never said she couldnt afford anything, but the stipulations on supporting him requires that a person with 3 dependants makes a min, 15,000 a year, she works on min wage and no obviously doesnt make that in a year, that doesnt mean that she cant afford it, it means that acorrding to their standards she cant... thank god that ur ancestors came over here and had their offspring, and now we are blessed with ur presence in this country,,, how would we ever survive without such ignorant people, this woman works hard and spends 90% of her time in class & trying to support her daughter,,, shes probably by far a better person than u are...

The sponsorship is to get permanent residency. The form that you have to fill as a sponsor is the I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act. This form is a CONTRACT between the sponsor and the US government.

I advise you to print out the entire form ( 19 pages) and read it from top to bottom. There is a part that says that if the sponsor does not fulfill his/her obligations the intended immigrant can sue the sponsor for this support. It says many interested things. Just read it.

Sponsor a foreigner? Well all depends what kind of sponsorship you asking about it...Job, Health matter, School, You have to go the website that does apply at you kind of need as a sponsor...If you are the one that wants to sponsor to be able to come to US...You can go to a Lawyer with all the proofs of that you are eligible to sponsor that foreign...Like I say if Health...Then you have to prove that you can afford that medical expense etc...Work, You have to prove the that person will have a job economic stability etc...So depends of the kind of sponsor you are looking for etc...Tell me the kind of sponsor are you looking for and I am willing to give you some information OK because I don't know what you really looking for...Good luck!!!
