Get Crest white strips.
Baka soda on the teeth can ruin your enamal.
go to a dentist, get your teeth cleanned.

the natural color of teeth is not paper white!!
natural teeth have a tint to them.

baka soda is abrasive to teeth and gums.

go to your dentist and have them clean and evaluate your teeth.

how old are you???

I spent hours reading up on this several months ago.

Apparently the only thing less abrasive than baking soda is water.

Many people have used it for years with no ill effects.

Using a dry brush for 20 seconds before adding anything removes plaque almost 80% more effectively than using toothpaste right away, so do that whether or not you carry on using baking soda.

I have been using baking soda for several months now and see a big difference but it may take a month or so and no they won't look like the bleached or capped Hollywood ones.

Toothpastes with added baking soda are less effective because they only contain a small percentage of baking soda.

In general toothpastes don't 'clean' your teeth - they prevent them from getting stained.

There is a Baking soda toothpaste as well, much like the baking soda, it does make your teeth feel very clean, and fresh, and your breath fresh as well, however, as far as whitening it did not do much for me , I have used the toothpaste, backing soda with hydrogen peroxide , and backing soda alone, there is very little change if any?My teeth are very clean but not white.I have my teeth cleaned by th Dental hygenist, regularly, that procedre has not made them any whiter, and I am always told that my teeth and mouth are very clean. I will try the Crest white rinse, sugested above .
