Get yourself onto a diet that suits you, not just a food diet but a diet that includes as much excerise as you can do in a day!

Make sure you stay away from fast food and processed foods.
Get lots of fibre in your diet, lentils, wheat, wholegrain bread, nuts, fruits (especially the skins), seeds and bran flakes!
Dried fruits also play a major part in a healthy fibre diet, and remember water is the magic mineral.
4 pints of water a day (pure water) can soften your poo and make it much easier to pass through your gut.
Lots of green things and no sweet things is a good rule to remember.
And excerise will just about cure/prevent any constipation, it will get your bowels moving and make your body burn and process your food much much quicker than when your bosy is in idle mode doing nothing.

Remember 5 fruits or veg a day, will help keep constipation away!
