E-bay currently has a few 747 manuals for sale. Also check www.stopoverstore.com which has study and checkride guides for several different airliners. Not hard to find and they are bought and sold all the time through legitimate and legal vendors.

A few things I would add to the discussion is that the the purpose of the spoilers is to "spoil" lift or destroy lift or whatever you want to call it. They also, by spoiling the lift put the entire weight of the aircraft on the wheels so the brakes are the most effective. Sometimes you will see the pilot hold the nose off the ground for a while after touch down which also helps in slowing down the aircraft using aerodynamic braking. Brake use is an individual choice by the pilot, sometimes they use it immediately after touch down and sometimes they don't, depending on whether they are trying to make a turn off to get to the gate quicker or being nice to the mechanics and not using much brake so they don't have to change the brakes as often or being considerate to the passengers by not slamming them into the seat in front of them. As a side note, the "stop distance" charts that pilots and dispatchers use, that is the given distance it will take to stop the airplane considering the wind, elevation, temperature, weight of aircraft, etc. does not take into account the use of reverse thrust. It is determined by maximum braking and the use of spoilers. Reverse thrust is a bonus in helping stop the aircraft.

I have no idea where you can purchase one, but I do know that if you do find someone who is selling one, get ready to spend a long time in jail should you contact them.
I wouldn't even ask that question in a public forum. I understand that your question is more than likely legitimate, but that's like asking for a match in the middle of a gasoline field.
Planes that size were used to kill thousands in the US a little over 5 years ago...by folks who had 747 manuals.

If you have a legitimate, provable reason for wanting the manual, write to the Boeing company and buy one.

If you buy a new or used 747 they will give you a manual. If you act nice, they may even give you one for your co-pilot also.

You cannot. However, you can buy Microsoft's "Flight Simulator" which does have that aircraft as one option to fly and it is said to be the best flight simulator out there. Some flight schools even use it for training with certain aircraft.
