Did these guy's really get a fair trail ?Border agents to be fired for testimonies Conflicting stories cited in shooting of smuggler
All three agents gave sworn testimony against Ramos and Compean for the U.S. Attorney's Office, which successfully prosecuted the shooting case in March. The three agents were given immunity in exchange for their testimony despite changing their accounts of the incident several times.

Okay, I think I got it--the deliberate, filthy lies to frame these BP agents were "innocent" and "unintentional" just like the honorable Sandy Burglar innocently and unintentionally stealing, altering and destroying classified information on national security.
Taken by itself, probably not much. But put in context with all the other discrepancies starting to add up in this case, a lot. Starting to sound a lot like coached testimony or maybe even coerced testimony but by just who remains yet to be determined. That is usually what happens when fabricated testimony is given and it has to be repeated again and again over a long period of time......details get sketchy and when you have to remember what lies that you've already told and you have to tell even more to cover up your first lies. Sooner or later they.......

The horrific display by the American justice system in this case should make it crystal clear what our government is doing to America. It has turned our legal system into a sham. It has undermined enforcement of certain laws to the degree that it is a joke to consider proper treatment in a court of law. American standards have fallen to an all time low.
While I don't really believe in blaming anyone for general problems in government, it seems pretty clear that our current leader doesn't seem to care about American people unless those are Americans who are paying him or supporting him and his circles of influence.
To me it feels like an attack on the average American and mostly it is done to benefit the filthy rich and wealthy.
If Americans don't stand up and demand justice soon, America will fall forever. The border patrol issue is only an earmark but it is so clearly obvious that it causes nausea.
Then we have our officials of the prisons who ALLOW these men to be physically beaten, perhaps killed by other inmates. What in the Great makers name do we all need to see that many elements of the AMerican system are failing and falling and that this very act, drags the rest of us down with it?
AMericans used to be proud of thier country and system of jusice. How are we now any different than the makings of Saddam Hussein's old world styles?
This hypocracy of justice is mind numbing.

I have heard several from the House speak out very frankly and to the point about Bush doing something about the travesty of a 'trial' that these men clearly were dealt by the powers that be.

I know that it took over 4 months for requested documents to finally get to Congress - which turns out didn't support many of the public claims of the prosecutors.

To those that had anything to do with putting these innocent men in jail - I say that they reap what they attempt to sow within the lives of Ramos and Compean - serious jail time in a general population. No 'resort jails' like they have for those that get caught and have 'friends'. No, not by a long shot. I am talking some place like say - Leavenworth.

It's a FACT these agents didn't get a fair trial. There's coverups, and lies everywhere. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that the agents that are getting fired were paid off for their lieing/conflicting testimonies. The can of worms has opened.. one by one they'll ALL come crawling out into the open.

FREE BORDER AGENTS RAMOS AND COMPEAN!!!

It is beginning to look like the two agents, still in prison, were given a very poor trial at best. It would certainly be a reasonable move to remove them from prison and give them at least some kind of bail while getting the true story.

Very interesting. The attorneys for both men should request a new trial for their clients.
