Fingertip or longer with the second dress, which is the one I like. It doesn't matter if you have a blusher; depends on if you want one. But if you wear a veil, you must make sure it's in a diamond color so that it matches the dress. A diamond dress and a white veil will NOT match.

Both dresses are really pretty. If you pick the first one, you should make sure to get a veil that isn't too fussy or intricate. It will detract from the very ornate dress.
If you go with the second dress, I think you have more options with a veil. I wouldn't go too long, though--elbow or fingertip length at the most.
Either way, I would avoid a blusher and maybe wear a tiara and pretty jewelry that matches the beading detail in the dress.

I would go with a simple single layer veil. The length will depend on what you are going for. If you go with a single layer veil, it will give the look of a veil but will not be "heavy" and your guests can still see through it to see the detail of your gown.
HOWEVER, this is just my opinion, but I would leave out the veil all together, unless you are dead set on one. Both dresses are beautiful and have amazing detail, I would just have a gorgeous updo and wear some pretty jewlery. The first one is my favorite!

This dress is so pretty, and the back should not be hidden.
I would wear a really plain veil that hits about an inch above the top of this dress. You want a plain vail because the dress has a lot of stuff going on.

Best wishes!

I'd go with an elegant tiara and a very simple veil, definitely not longer than a fingertip length, perhaps in chiffon, and make sure the color matches the gown. I vote for dress #1 too, but it really depends on you--they are both lovely.

Probably a veil that doesn't have a blusher unless you REALLY want that style. You're going to have to be careful not to cover up the dress. Which one have you decided on? I still vote for #2
