depending on how old it is, go to the manufacturer and see if its still made, get something close or get 2 new ones.
you can them starting at about $25 but they can get quite expensive too

The first thing I would do is to look for the Manufacturer and the Model on the fan. Do a search on Google and see if you can find that manufacturer. If that doesn't turn up anything for you, try eBay. Also, there's always the option of selling your existing fan at an auction, garage sell, or eBay, and buying two matching fans.

If you cant find one to match, dont worry. you can purchase fans that are made well and are not very expensive. Your old fan probably needs to be repaced anyway. They are very easy to install yourself, so you can save alot of money aswell.

if you have the manufacturers name and the model #, contact a company called bellacor.
do a google search. you will find it.
they have a phone # you can call. tell them what you are looking for. they may have it or be able to get it for you.
i deal with this company frequently. they are great!
