Why are there desperate women who are so desperate to be loved that they will do anything to win the man over? Dont they know by acting desperate will have the opposite effect of her desire??? Men dont like clinging, crazy, smothering, and desperate women. It is a burden.

I know what you mean. I know this girl who calls te guy she likes everyday at lest once. She makes him brownies, sends him cutsie emails, and generally bugs him constantly. He seemed interested in her at first, but the more she tried, the more he just seems weirded out.

Not all women are like that...maybe it's time you dumped the girl your're with and tried someone that does have a backbone. There are plenty of jucier fish in the sea.
Also, you might try TALKING (the dread word for men) to her and telling her that she is just way too clingy.
