Can one touch MC Hammer?
Hmmmm.......let us look into this.
MC Hammer clearly states that "you can't touch this". But the only way one can truley come to terms with the answer is by defining what "this" is. If MC Hammer truley refers to himself, then the answer is obvious, we may not touch that. If one spekulates that "this" refers to a sperate noun with a contracting verb, then the issue is open for debate. Let's here your thoughts.

if we look at Mr Hammers trousers during the video of said song
we will realise that even if we wish to touch Mr Hammer we will have to get past said trousers first
by which time he would realise your intent
giving him plenty of time to make his escape

In his day maybe few if any (other of course than Chuck Norris) could touch MC Hammer. But now I would be willing to bet the average second grader would have little difficulty serving Hammer.

"this" is used to indicate a person, thing, idea, state, event, time, remark, etc., as present, near, just mentioned or pointed out, supposed to be understood, or by way of emphasis. So the clear question is What is "this"? Is "this" referring to his Hammer's costume at the time, which included trousers that were extremely baggy and low-seated down to the calf, and tight down to the ankle? Could it be his innate ability to market MC Hammer dolls, lunchboxes, clothing, and other apparel? Maybe his ability to squander $33 million dollars? Or could it somehow be connected to the "this" that Weird Al wasn't able to watch?
