Please go to your doctor and describe your symptoms. Nobody should suffer from ongoing headaches - your body is telling you that something is wrong and your partner and family are suffering too. There may be a simple solution - do get it sorted so you can get on with enjoying a better quality of life. Good luck and I hope you'll soon be feeling well again.

You may be suffering from depression. I am a 21 year old male and have the same symptoms. I haven't been diagnosed with depression yet, but I am pretty sure that's what it is. You may have headaches because you might be frowning in your sleep. I found that, I would wake up with a headache every day. I suffer from stress which lead to depression. I suggest you see a doctor immediately, as when I started to feel the stress at the beginning of the year, it hit me all at once and I had a heart attack. I don't want the same to happen to you, or anyone else. See a doctor immediately. Good luck, I hope you get better soon.

Im 29 and was having the same thing. It will prob be your diet. Fizzy drinks, chocolate, comfort food etc. I was the same until I cut it all out - its amazing how eating well changes your mood all over.
And the stress too. You need some 'me' time. Try to sort out a time of day when you can be alone and relax - hard I know - but it will pay off in the end.

FIRST OF ALL LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IS SAYING YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR ! ! ! !
I HAVE BEEN GETTING HEADACHES SINCE I AM 21 YRS OLD AND I AM NOW 48YRS OLD.---DIAGNOSIS IS MIGRAINES
HOWEVER --I STILL GET THEM BUT NOT AS BAD/ AS NOW THERE ARE A LOT BETTER MEDS OUT THERE TO TREAT IT/ YES I ALSO HAVE SORE EYES-AND HAVE TO STAY IN A DARK ROOM-YOU SHOULD NOT LET THIS GO THOUGH:
COULD BE THE START OF MIGRAINES/MAYBE YOU NEED GLASSES/CUD BE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ( THIS HAPPENED TO ME ABOUT 12 YRS AGO)--ALSO DIABETES/
LOW SUGAR OR HIGH SUGAR LEVELS CAN CAUSE HEADACHES/ AND TIREDNESS ( I AM DIABETIC ALSO)====
YOU COULD HAVE A SINUS INFECTION/ ==ALSO POSSIBLE THAT IF YOU SNORE ALOT AT NIGHT CUD BE SLEEP APNEA
(THIS IS WHERE THE GIVE U A SMALL C-PAP MACHINE TO SLEEP WITH AS IT IS CAUSED FROM LACK OF OXYGEN WHEN YOU SLEEP/
REALLY AND TRULY THOUGH YOU SHOULD SEEK THE ADVICE OF A NEUROLOGIST SINCE THEY ARE LASTING FOR 6 WEEKS NOW==ANY HEADACHE LASTING MORE THAN 48 HRS INDICATES THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM SOMEWHERE & I WAS TOLD ONCE BY A DR. THAT WHEN U GET SYMPTOS LIKE ACHES OR PAINS IN YOUR BODY==
YOUR BODY TALKS TO YOU AND IT IS TRYING TO TELL YOU THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM SOMEWHERE ????
MAKE SURE YOU ALSO GET BLOOD TEST & URINE TEST TO RULE OUT EVERYTHING.
TRY AND STAY QUIET AND CALM BUT DO GO TO DR. OR HOSPITAL AS 6 WEEKS IS LONG FOR A HEADACHE.
HOPE YOU GET WELL & I WUD LOVE IT IF YOU EVER GET A DIAGNOSIS ABOUT THIS TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IT IS CAUSED FROM ??? I AM CURIOUS TO KNOW IF MY THOUGHTS WERE ON TARGET OR NOT!!
THANKS

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Sounds like you might be anaemic ie.you might be low on iron stores and may need to take some iron tablets.Symptoms of anaemia include headaches tiredness and general lethargy. Can be diagnosed with a simple blood test. Please see your G.P. who can advise you further.
