Anything your stomach can tolerate.
But you want to stay away from milk and dairy because they raise the levels of musuc in your body and if you've got a cold you've probably got too much mucus anyway. And you want to stay away from carbonated products because if you have to vomit the carbonation comes up a little worse than it goes down.
Toast, crackers, chicken broth, water, juice, small bits of chicken (in soup) are good because they're easy on the stomach and they can keep your energy high and provide you with vitamins necessary to continue to fight bacteria.

The important thing is to stay hydrated.
