its got to be free software that help prvent viruses and treats! i need it asap, cause theres a trojan on my computer. plus how would i transfer it on a disk as a spare copy!

get AVG Antivirus and AVG AntiSpyware

get them both, update them both, and scan with both. the best free tools out there, and better than most pay tools like McCaffe and Norton AV.

I use AVG Free, and I have always been virus free despite living large portions of my life on the internet!
It is kinda hard to find the Free version but here is a direct link:

Once you download it, you can drag it to a thumb drive or blank CD if you have a CD burner.

Are you talking about an Anti-virus software? Well, i guess so... i recommend that you use Avast antivirus.. search for it on th link below (type "avast" on the search bar on the site that i provided you with.
