Here's one that requires NO cooking of any kind, it's just assembling the ingredients:

1 6 oz can of crab (sold in the grocery near the tuna)

1 cup your favorite salsa, drained of excess liquid

1 8 oz block of cream cheese

Place block of cream cheese on serving plate, open and drain crab, taking as moisture out of it and sprinkle it on the cream cheese and pour the drained salsa over it.........

Serve with a selection of crackers.........Everyone will think you are a genius.........great taste, inexpensive and about 3 minutes to assemble!!!

Enjoy!! And good luck on this project!!

Nacho salad sounds like a good choice, and not really much cooking just the hamburger with taco seasoning. just remember presentation is everything and make it look nice. Remember the guacamole and sour cream
