People killing each other/themself to uphold their believe (religion). Most discrimination happens because of religion. War happens because of religion. Muslims goes to Mekkah to worship, but some got stamped and died...i would say they are there because of religion. What will happen if there is no such thing as religion? We all know that we are worship the same ONE. We are actually worshipping the same ONE in just different ways and thats all. Right? Who actually created the concept of religion?

We'd still kill each other....religion isn't the cause...religion is the justification. There are plenty of people who do good things for the world in the name of religion too. They are good people, and I suspecyt would be good people with or without religion. Religion explains your actions after you do them. The action comes first.

That is such a stupid argument that I am really getting sick of people making.
Of th emajor wars fought in in the 20th century (the most bloody ever in our history) how many were fought over religion? Hmm WW1, imperialism, WW2 Naziism, Vietnam Communism, Gulf Wars tyrrany. Wheres all the religous wars you speak of? And just because some people do fight over religion that doesnt make religion bad. People fight over land also, does that make land evil? Very dumb indeed.
And no humans do not worship the same god. Eastern philosophies dont even believe in a personal god and neither do atheists. There is 1 true religion as their is 1 true God. God has not left us to guess and what is true, he has REVEALED his truth in Jesus.

Without spirtuality most people feel like something is missing in their lives. Religion has actually saved a lot of people from committing suicide or ruining their lives. Don't be so quick to say it kills. The only people that usually end up getting killed are the ones who DON'T follow it.

Religion like guns don't kill, people kill. War happens for a variety of reasons sometimes it is religious sometimes it has nothing to do with religion. Pure religion is this: helping widows and orphans, anything outside of this is something else.

I remember thinking along with everyone else that our new Democratic Congress and House was going to get our troops out of Iraq too. We were sadly mistaken. We got GOD out of the schools. I can tell they are so much better now.

christians made the concept of religion. Now it's all blown out of proportion, and in fact the first people to die for not believing in a god were the Pagans.

Everything can kill when used improperly. I don't blame the concept of having a religion exactly, it just seems that the human race has violent tendencies and religious violence is one means of expressing them.

My dear...more people have died in the name of NON religeon than any religeon. China killed 63.7 million of her OWN people last century to keep religeon out...that and anyone that threatened it's government. Religeons don't kill. People do. expand your mind and understanding just a TINY bit.
