I'm just wondering, why illegal aliens are entitled to get TIN from the IRS and not entitle to claim social secuity benefits? Why they are not entitled to adjust their status if they are paying federal and state taxes (I'm only refering the illegal that do so). Why they shuold be put in the same gruop of illegals that do not care about taxes and responsibilities within the country?

this is part of the whole hypocrisy of this immigration system. TIN have been used for decades as a cheating tool:
-Immigrants (illegals) cheat the system and even buy houses because of it.
-The government (IRS) get somehow funds that otherwise would leave the country (or go to illegals bank accounts-yes they can open that as well...)

I lived in the US for 8 years, my whole family speak English fluently, I hold a PhD degree. However because my work visa could not be renewed and I couldn't find any loophole in the law, fake wife, or wanted to stay in the country illegally, I ended up having to leave the country my kids learned to love. We all felt at home up there (contrary to some who live in ghettos and only speak their native language) and respected the US law while the global scumbags that will probably get an amnesty in a near future will benefit from their law breaking strategies. They
will find defenders who say "they work hard and pay taxes" so let me tell you all this: I did the same PLUS under the law and because of that people like me is being punished. This sucks! I'm now well adjusted back in my country but I know my kids wish they were still there. Maybe, who knows, they will go back someday but I'll make sure they take no passports, produce fake ID's and SSN's and don't forget to go in a makeshiftboat
ride or cross a desert so they can be more successful.....

You ask does the IRS do provide the TIN...Because just like the Gov...Want to look the other way and don't fix the problem that illegal aliens shouldn't be working here illegaly...Instead of fixing the problem they look the other way...
They are in the same group of illegals because they are illegal here in the Sates Got it?The TIN # from IRS is just to pay taxes...TIN is not equal to a SS# so...Let me tell you this illegal people have to have a tax payer # just like we as Americans have an a SS# to pay taxes their bosses that are giving them a job to illegal people... Are breaking the law hiring them...Well so they ask them at least a TIN # were the employer can pay taxes on that salary etc... But a TIN # is not a SS# s they can't claim because first they are illegal working here...Everything have process so this is the way that illegal people are able to get a job....I think is OK because at least they are paying taxes why they shouldn't? If we americans do pay and I am not geting any benefit whatsoever...Why they should the illegals should get benefits if I as an American I am not geting any so...And I feel sorry for all the good illegal inmigrants...Some are not bad just need to get by But for everything in this world is a price...They are here living and working illegal...They know better that is the price....Remember what their have give tto them? I'm not entirely sure your question is worded correctly but as I understand it, why should illegals pay taxes and not get the benefits? If that is your just, I would reply that the US Gov. is happy to take their money and their labor and realize the benefit of that but is kinda getting something for nothing'. That is the theory from some pro's. However much is lost to this.
On the other hand, millions of illegals come into the USA and degrade and demean through crime and other preditory conduct on healthcare, social programs and education the quality of life for the average American thus costing much more than they (illegals) put into the system. The US system is messed up because of this in any number of ways and it needs to be stopped ASAP.
As much as some would have you believe, there's no such thing as a free lunch.

They can get social security benefits after only eighteen months, as opposed to citizens who can only get it after TEN YEARS.
