not feeling so good any ideas?

I have no idea whats wrong, I am weak and fatigued. I also have joint and abdominal pain, and rectal bleeding and barely any apetite. Anyone know. I was tested for ibd over a year ago and everything was normal. Am I just overreacting?

If you have rectal bleeding you need to be seen by a doc ASAP especially along with the abdominal pain, weakness and fatigue. You are bleeding somewhere and need to get this diagnosed. Go to urgent care or ER now before things get worse.

Go back to the doctor - have him do a CBC & a CMP if he won't find another doctor soon
