No. If you talk about your problems to someone who understands, who you can see and you are good friends with, and you take time to think about everything in your life as having either no meaning or some meaning, your problems will go away if YOU fix them. For example, if you're having financial problems, don't talk to the invisible sky elf to fix them for you; get out and get a new job. That's what I did when I got out of the military. What you do ultimately leads to what you get. Don't be lazy. Be active.
Good luck getting over your problems.

On one hand I agree 100% with you.
On the other hand I do not see many actual "questions" here on Yahoo Answers so they set the standard in a way.

Also believe if thay would promote Christ most of their problems would go away. u should accept christ into ur life.
Well I became saved about 4 and a half years ago. I was bored one day and i felt something was empty in my life. i was in my room and i was trying to find something to do. since i love to dance so much, i found a christian gospel cd called Gods Property by Kirk Franklin. i never heard of before so i put it on. for some reason i skiped track one and went to track 2. i was listiening to the song and it was awesome. it talked about how God will always be there for you when even your love ones are not there for you. all we have to do is put our lives into his hands. i was so touch to that song like nothing before. so i bent on my knees and asked God to come to my life. I want to put my life in your hands and i want you to come to my life. so my family and i was searching for a religion. i tried mormon relgion, it wasn't right for me. so one day, i found a yellow filer on my door. that filer invited us to come watch a movie at Beacon Bible Chruch. So my family and I went to the church and watch the movie. it was fantastic, so my family and i went to that church ever since. me getting saved was from kirk franklin abulm, brother jeff, brother tony and everyone at Beacon Bible Chruch. When I learned more about Jesus Christ, I believed in my heart that he died for my sins and rose again. i was so amazed that someone loved me that much. well this is how i became saved. this is the most important and unforgiveable event in my life. this is why i am the way i am today. i will never regret becoming saved. i will recomend this for anyone.

Sorry to hear that it bothers you so much. I guess you would prefer they not publicize the issue at all

i bet that they are not even actually asking the question.
UNICEF has a bunch of premade questions they are just waiting to celebrity's permission to stamp their face and name on to get publicity.

No, their problems would not go away if they would "promote Christ."
