Depends on what form and how much and how long you use it.

addictive is one way of putting it. I have seen it become an obsession in some females. The lies they will tell. The stories they can make up.Are so far beyond belief. You will ask yourself while listening to them."Do I have stupid written on my forhead?"This last roomate I had.Sent me to find a mirror more than I would like to admit..lol Seriously I knew it was all BS. But she could look you right in the eye.Would then get angry if I found her story a little hard (impossible) to believe.I said to her a couple times.
"It would make you look better In my eyes.If you would come clean and simply tell me the truth".However that never happened. The lies and deception continued.Untill I ended the rental agreement by giving her 1 month free rent. She came up with another "sob" or feel sorry for me story.Trying to get another 15 days for free. It would of gone on and on.I dont have stupid written on my forehead. So I warned her via email. That if she didnt leave on the day that had been decided.Officers of my local law enforcement agency.Would be called to escort her out.She left a bunch of hard to move or throw away junk.Dresser she got from a dumpster mattress, box spring.futon and matress.Plus alot of other trash that could easily be thrown away, and her room and kitchen a filthy mess.I was just glad she left. Those are a few of the issues you will indure while living with a heavy coke user.If your in a relationship. Its by far much worse. My friend had saved 30k over time to start up his construction co.In cash in a safety deposit box. When he got ready to start the process.Paying his business fees and permits. He found about 4k left in the deposit box. They had just had a kid.He got a divorce and full custody of his son.It has been called the Rolls Royce of drugs.Meaning if the people that do it stopped? They could buy a Rolls Royce. That should cover the addiction part of your question. But just in case? lol YES...very addictive.
Long term effects .Besides the damage that it does to your nasal passages.Inhaling through a straw you share with someone else.Is one way of contracting all kinds of nasty infections.Hep C. and HIV a couple examples. The nose tissues become numb. The straw then is inserted to far cutting the soft mebranes inside. The nose then bleeds.Wiping the straw doesnt disinfect it.The straw at that point is the same as a needle and syringe..Dopamine is a chemical manufactured in the brain. It is the natural feel good chemical. We make naturaly. When using cocaine. The brain produces 5 or 10x the normal natural amount Producing the high you feel .When long term users stop,if ever? The Dopamine levels produced are lower than normal.I believe that this is the main long term effect.I am also quite sure that it remains that way.Meaning normal levels of Dopamine production are never restored. To what they would be for a non long term user. For most what starts out as recreational becomes long term.Bottom line.IF you dont do it? DONT START...
Your body will probably survive, but your wallet will always be empty.Your life in general will be a mess.......E

cocaine interferes with all body mechanisms through damaging brain cells brain cells reach a point where they do not function properly if cocaine is not taken every time u need to increase the dose until your body becomes completely dependant on the drug. so cocaine is addictive and it leads to psychological and physical impairements that affect every system in your body,,

I'm pretty sure cocaine is THE most addictive substance known to mankind. Short term, it greatly increases your chance of having a stroke or heart attack. I'm not sure about long term effects though.
