My boyfriend has kept emails from his ex detailing fantasies - pretty explicit stuff - which they sent to each other 5 months after he told me they broke up. (He had borrowed my pc and emailed them to another email account as he was changing ISPs, and left his account logged in).
Why would he be wanting to read this stuff now ?

I guess what bugs me is firstly that he has dug them out just recently and secondly that the emails are dated from a long time after he said they broke up...

Ask him out it. It could be nothing maybe it just reminds him that he satteactive to other women

He is keeping those e-mails to give him boost feelings when he's down or not happy with you (sorry), but I suggest talk to your boyfriend and ask him why is he reading those e-mails lately and see if he is unhappy with your and his relationship, see if you guys can work out something. If it really bothers you, maybe ask him to delete it or keep it off the computer by keeping it on disks so you won't have to see it and pretend he isn't reading those e-mails he got from ex-girlfriend. hmmm,that's not nice at all.well if they dont have any type of relationship what so ever than i guess let him keep them,but if it really bothers you than you should tell him and let him decide what to do with them,if he deletes tham than he cares about you and you shouldnt worry but if he doesnt than i guess he doesnt really apreciate you.good luck

delete them. he's not going to be stupid enough to ask you if you did it, and if he is you can confront him and ask him why he would keep them.
