Is there any way i can get MS Paint back up??

He probably didn't delete MS Paint, he probably just deleted the shortcut. You can get it back!

If you are warned about anything along the way, click to show the files / folder

Open My Computer
C: Drive
Windows
system 32

Inside this directory you will find a file called mspaint.exe, this is the Microsoft Paint program. Right-click it and drag it to your desktop, then click create shortcut. Then, you will have a new shortcut to the MS Paint program.

MS Paint comes with Windows, so it will be on your installation CD.
If you run setup from this CD and select "Custom Install", you should be able to install just MS Paint.
