Basic Crepes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted

DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

flour, milk, egg, and a bit of oil. That's all you need.
Some people put some soda water, because it makes the crepe more pliabe.
for 8-10 crepes you need 1 egg, 1 cup all purpose flour, and 1 cup water (or water/milk/soda water mixture).
Mix, but do not overmix (some lumps are ok), let it rest (30 minutes is ideal), stir once. Pour small amount in a hot pan, brushed with canola oil ( or sprayed with nonstick spray), and cook about 2 min on each side. Times will vary depending on your stove and the thickness of the batter- look for light golden color.

Recipe:
Simple Crepe
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
1 egg
3 teaspoons butter

heat a pan.
mix the milk, flour and eggs.
heat 1/4 tsp butter in the pan.
put a small amount of the mixture (the size of an espresso cup or 1/4 a normal cup) in the pan and cook untill the mixture is solid and gets a light brownish color then flip it and cook untill the other side gets the same color then immediatley remove crepe from heat.
repeat process (each time adding 1/4 tsp butter to the pan before cooking the mixture).

Flour, egg, and some kind of liquid (usually milk but I've known recipes involving fruit juice or even beer!) to make the batter, plus a little oil or butter to fry them in.
