God, The Father, Son and Holy Spirit and perhaps John 1:1 says it all, In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. Maybe Jesus as the Word is the most Influential and Powerful Person, because the Word of God has been used to create, to change lives, to establish laws, to save souls, to teach and reprimand, to fulfill prophesy and to establish covenants between God and man. The Word of God is also known as The Living Word.

Luke the Evangelist (לוקא, Greek: Λουκᾶς Loukas) is said by tradition to be the author of both the Gospel of Luke and the Acts of the Apostles, the third and fifth books of the New Testament.

So I would say he was pretty influential. Paul of Tarsus comes a close second. Together, they wrote most of the new testament.

Ironically, neither knew Jesus.
