I have been downloading it FOREVER and it has only downloaded 4.6 MB. How big is it??

You must have a dial-up connection. It could take a while. It is 13Mb. Bring your lunch.

It is 13 MB - 14 MB and should on broadband take less than 3 minutes to download. Hence you must have slow connection.
My advise, reduce your firewall settings and disable any active anti - virus programmes as these will slow down the download spped. Ensure to activate them after the download.
