I have a girl as a freind and i love her but she likes a guy and the guy likes her too, but the guys parents dont let him go out. What should i tell my friend thats a girl since i love her?

you need to tell her the truth ! if you like her that much, then you really should talk to her ! you never know, she might feel the same and you could be so happy ! you only live once, so go for it !!!!!!

if she's ur best friend it's going to be kinda tough cuz i had a best friend that ended loving me it was really weird when he told me i kind of stopped talking to him but then we are friends like we use too....just tell her that you like her you have nothing to loose
