Not as long as you take hormones.

But try Multi vitamins, specially zink.

Only use Shampoo a couple of times a week.

Use special shampoos and conditioners.

you are 46 that's old man. No amount of hormones will help. Blame it on being male too cause women don't go bald. You could get a hair transplant but that may appear too fake.

Blame mother nature. Everyone starts to lose their hair around that age, feel greatful that you weren't 40 when it happened. THere are a few hair strengthening shampoos you can try and look for, but there is no gaurntee.

If you want to look cool, just shave your head. Bald guys are cool.

I am engaged to a man with alopacia, and doesn´t have any hair! I love his bald head and hairless body, and would not change a thing. I even hate when he wears a hat!

I do not know what to do, but remember that other people should love you as you are, and not what you had before.

Bald is beautiful-on men and women!
