There is no real home cure ...maybe heat will help a little. You need antibiotics or antibiotic ear drops to help it.

Tylenol or Ibuprofen if your not allergic and have it on hand for the pain . A heating pad on low to your ear,( if you don't have a heating pad, rice or salt in a thick sock put in the microwave for 1-2 min. works in a pinch) if you go outside keep your ears covered from the cold and wind. There are multiple over the counter ear drops that have a numbing agent in it for ear ache one is Auro earache relief, you can also warm some olive or sweet oil if you have it, use 2 drops in you ear 2 times a day.
If none of this works see a Dr. to rule out an infection. Hope you get better soon.

Try lying on your side on top of a heating pad or hot water bottle. The warmth might help.
How old are you? If you're old enough to give yourself medicine (which I would assume you are, if you're home alone) take a dose of ibuprofen (READ THE BOTTLE CAREFULLY for the dose), to help with the pain and swelling.
Can you get in touch with your parents? Is there someone else nearby (a family friend or relative) who could help you?

Probably ear wax. Go get a cleanser.
Or of course at your own risk.........
Take a fresh onion chop it up into small pieces,
squeeze it to get thew juice, and drop several drops into the hurting ear.
It's natural and should help.
I strongly recommend a doctor in the emergency room, your problem might be fatal.

attempt a pair of drops of heat mineral oil in the sore ear, and keep on with gentle rigidity with an extremely heat washcloth. i've got accomplished this many situations with my son. If it would not get greater effective in an afternoon or 2, i could attempt a loose health facility.
