Jack Russels are a recognized breed for AKC. I believe the ckc recognizes just about any breed.

Jack Russels, are recognized by the CKC and the AKC, I believe. But I keep getting confused about Jack Russels/ Parson Russels. All I know is I have one , he's awesome, and you should probably Google this, just to be sure.

Parson Russel and Jack Russel are the same. Jack/Parson is a purebred.

If CKC as in Continental Kennel Club may or may not be purebred since this is nothing more then a scam registry and they will register anything. The papers from this registry are worthless.

If CKC as in Canadian Kennel Club then yes it is purebred.

No, the Canadian Kennel Club does not recognize the JRT. But yeah, like the answer above, there's the Parson thingy. (I don't know if they are really the same?)
