I was just wondering if they were dating. I know that they're going to the same school (University of Michigan), and everytime I see recent off-ice photos of them, they've got their arms around each other. Also, the interaction I saw in the press conferences at Nationals, at least from him, suggests that they might like each other. Does anyone have a clue about this?

No, I don't think they're dating. They were guest skaters at my rink's ice show last year, and they didn't seem like they were together like that off ice.

She has trouble seeing with her right eye and mom Cheryl has said during warm ups, Davis can’t see how far away the other skaters are: “It’s pretty scary…she depends on Charlie a lot…he protects her.” When competing, Davis memorizes where the painted lines are on the ice so she can get her bearings.

As far as I know they are just really good friends. They have been through a lot together and that makes for a great connection on and off the ice.

I don't know, but they've been skating together for about 10 years so they could just be really really good friends
