Maybe you should go to the homework help section of Yahoo Answers... This is the "Languages" section, so the questions here are about foreign languages or linguistic questions. This really isn't the place to find someone to write you a speech. You didn't even say what it's about.
If you agreed to give a speech, then you should write your own speech. You say that you have all of the sources, so all you need to do is pull out the important/relevant information, and rewrite it in your own words.

What speech ,you can't even write properly ,are you too lazy to learn a language ? Stop bothering us then.
Begging won't help you so much in the real life ,as you can see lol
