IF your income is below 35,000.00 dollars you may qualify to have your taxes prepared at either a VITA site or your local IRS office, Call the IRS to get locations near you. If you did not have enough taxes withheld, and you have a balance that you owe, the IRS can make payment arrangements to pay off the balance. You will be charged penalties and interest.
To correct the problem you need to make an adjustment to your W4 at your employer to ensure that you are having enough Federal Tax withheld.
