Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is an unforgivable sin. To blaspheme the Holy Spirit is to reject His convicting power in our life. If we reject enough we grieve Him and He leaves us knowing He can not work with unwilling humans.

If we have no HS to work with us then we are left to our own devices and that leads to only one thing sin, sin and more sin. Sin is punishable by death no matter how small it is in our eyes.

It is thru the HS that we receive our conviction of sin. If we are not told what our sins are then we are lost with no hope for us. We are left with what we know and learn from a worldly perspective only. We will have no desire to be anything other than sinners.

the problem is that no one, neither guy A or guy B advantages to bypass to Heaven. it is corresponding to attempting to bounce on our personal potential to the Moon. guy A will be in a position to bounce higher than guy B, yet neither one has the flexibility to make all of it the way. If the purpose is to get to the Moon, and guy A beats guy B through 6 inches, and yet falls short through 238,900 miles, ought to guy A get suggested? quite no longer. it is the reason all of us want a Savior. Oh, and the unforgivable sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. the different blasphemy is forgivable.

I think murder is the worst.
It depends on what type of blasphemy you mean, some people consider saying 'oh my God' or 'damn' as blasphemy - I doubt God will be punish you if you say that only - it's far from the same level as murder, I don't think saying those words are bad. I think if you ridicule God then that is a really bad sin. Gosh, it's a hard question - I can't answer it really - only God can!

Smile =)

Talking about a fictional character can hardly be considered a sin, when there are bigger things going on in the world, like hunger, drought, abuse, murder, bullying, etc. I wish religious types would stop going on about bloody sins and help those that need it, instead of always judging them, when its obvious that believers are the most arrogant, prejudiced, aggressive, biased types I have had the misfortune to meet

one sin is not greater than another there is no degree of sin so if you have sex with out being married or you use the lords name in vain it,s the same I know this does not sound right because we are looking at sin from a worldly view not a spiritual view and this is why we have such a hard time getting our selves together

I remember a passage in the Bible where a person prays to God asking him to change his mind. God listens to our prayers and as Our Father wants us his children to have good lives but often he has to tell us off for doing wrong.

Our God forgave Peter and knew he would deny knowing Jesus 3 times. It is not for us to judge sins and grant forgiveness of them. God knows everyone, every strand on your head and only he knows all our hearts.

The worst sin is pride. Blasphemy, adultery and murder are other sins that are very grave, if not severly repented of they lead you to hell.
