Contrary to popular belief, Indian cooking is not complicated and does not require special skills and equipment! It uses, more or less, the utensils you will probably already have in your kitchen. The few that you may not have, you can probably acquire as you go along and get more familiar with Indian cuisine.

Yes in terms of special a pressure cooker, a tawa or a skillet and a kadahi or a wok with a thicker bottom.
